• Applicants must live in the Lower Mainland, the Fraser Valley or in Kitimat (British Columbia, Canada).
• Security for a Redfrog must be the applicant's principal residence or a non-commercial investment property*.
• Redfrog mortgages cannot exceed more than 80% of the value of the applicant's principal residence or non-commercial investment property; the minimum borrowing amount is $50,000.
