Keeping an eye on your money has never been easier. With a Redfrog Mortgage, you'll have access to a variety of helpful money management tools, including online banking.

Direct access services

Sign into your Redfrog account anytime, anywhere for the latest information about your account. See how you're doing against your plan. Make bill payments, transfer funds into your loan blocks/virtual savings pots, and monitor your account activity. The same features are also available on our telephone banking system. For your security, all electronic services require a username and password.

Statements

At the end of each month, a comprehensive statement will be available online, summarizing the changes made to your account: money in, money out, and your new balance. Most importantly, you'll also see how this figure compares to your target balance - or planned repayment plan.

ATMs

Your Redfrog debit card will allow you to use almost any ABM in North America and make INTERAC® direct payments at thousands of merchants. However, to avoid additional service charges, use credit union ABMs whenever possible.

You'll only encounter additional fees for travelers cheques, cheque orders, and for using an ABM that's not part of the Canadian credit union Exchange network.
